Is the 700wx an Apache/6700/vx6700? No? Then it won't work. ROMs are device specific. They usually won't load - and they definitely won't work - on a device they're not specifically built for. If you somehow did get this rom to load on your 700wx, you'll be the proud new owner of a very expensive paper weight.

voice dial

this is a great product, thank you. My only issue I've found, and I'm a novice so I'm hoping it's a quick fix yall have already discovered, is that my voice dial application seems to have disappeared. When I press the button it was originally assigned to, it just takes me to the voice recorder. I tried to reassign the button but can't find the program. Do I need to download a new program for voice dialing function? I don't need anything fancy. Any help would be much appreciated. thanks

Hello all:

This is my first post, so please bare with me. First off I want to thank the person who created this, I can't imagine how much time and effort you put into this; you are a wonderful person. Hopefully within the next couple of days I will be getting a XV6700. I have just a few questions about this, and I am a noob so please bare with me.

1. I have Verizon Wireless, do I want the standard Verizon version or the Verizon version with the bootloader? How do I figure that out?

2. Is the version released in August the only version that has been released? Is their a newer version out? If so could some one please post a link for the newer version as that would be easier than searching through 153 pages.

That's all for now, once I get my phone, which I am praying that I do, I'm sure I'll have a few more questions. Thanks for now guys.

I recently upgraded my Phone with Helmi_c Kitchen and is working awesome, but I have a situation, My phone is charged up to 100% on the craddle, I take it out and make a call and wait like 5 minutes goes down to 90% then goes to 80% after 30 min. Is this issue common or it might be my battery that is reaching its time limmit to change. Any ideas?

As with all power related problems, your fist step in the path to an answer is to run ACBPowermeter and see what it says while you are idling. If it's around 70mA or below, all is well and your battery is due for replacement. If it's a lot higher, you have software and/or data connections causing your problem.

try ##778# click edit and then enter your spc...you can get your spc with "get spc"...and you can get "get spc" with your search button...

under the pst menu, you will need to change a few settings if you are putting this onto another account...you'll need to change every instance of your number to the new account number (for instance under the security tab for web access)...when you change the MSID on the main tab it will change the MIN on the NAM tab automatically...just kinda poke around through the different settings and look for what you know you should change and leave the rest alone.

hope this helps...
