To put in there "Apache_WM6.1.txt"..

Then it said it cannot load because "Apache_Core.rar" is not the newer version.
It did not show up on updater untill this mourning , then did not let me upload it, saying what it says for that(something about cannot mabey because in use by another program).
make sure buildos is closed when you run updater.

and replaced it "\Program Files\PPCkitchen.org\BuildOS\Kitchens", to finally get kitchen to work.
EDIT: Rom takes up more space than last one. Have to check off less OEMs, checking it out now...
It sounds like you did a lot of manual downloading. Use updater. It has all the issues you mention fixed.

Re: WM6.1 build 20931 kitchen

i did try with default. AND even tried default with NO selections.

it was slow with no selections, dog slow with selections.

out of curiosity, try adding pocket sudoku to your build, then open it and set the level to "very hard" then click "new" to generate a new very hard puzzle. under my old build, it would finish this task in about 5 - 15 seconds. since this new kitchen, no combination of build options is capable of finishing that task at all. you will get a "generating" message forever.

What is a typical rom size to allow enough room to run programs?

If the rom size is fixed, what is the size that I should be shooting for so that I use it all?

Re: WM6.1 build 20931 kitchen

just include everything you think you will use. dont put in stuff that you know you wont use. if you included too much, you will get a build error.

Re: WM6.1 build 20931 kitchen

or even the last version of this kitchen with 20755? that one worked great! i was also wondering if it is possible that once we get a solid build made, is it possible to save it off into a standalone loader so that if future issues with a kitchen occur, we can fall back to our last good standalone?

Helmi will be up soon - it had to be modified.
20755 is already in the kitchen/updater.
my documents/buildos ruu has the last successful build in it, complete with loader.
