You need to use the change directory command to navigate to c:\program files\ppckitchen.org\buildos\updater then run the command...

*edit* this step is prolly not required [skip this step]

once your in command prompt

cd c:\program files\ppckitchen.org\buildos\updater <enter>
and then
Code:
updater.exe -log <enter>
