The Alltel carrier OEM has a bad carrier ID in it. This causes both invalid device and checksum errors. An updated WM6.1.rar is available via the updater.

I have got the solution for the expiration: setting your computer time zone to US and location to US. Then you can cook it in China!

Or you can use the BuildOS update available either via the updater or current buildos.msi.

I went through the updater and it said that it had updates dated 3/8/2008 but when I click install the update I get an error message saying that the update couldn't occur
