or, install buildos, and then run updater. After updater runs, then run BuildOS. You should only use the manual downloads if updater isn't working for you.

I did not have to. The main .NET 3.5 kitchen OEM fixed all my certificate issues. Sorry its not fixing yours.

I was having problems using i-guidance 4.0 with the iblue gps. I would have to delete the gps and pair again for it to work after the ppc6700 was on standby for a while. Then I noticed that if I just change the bluetooth port each time, it would work again. Finally, I realized (drumroll...) that if I don't let windows manage the ports (uncheck the box and select "none" under program port), it works perfect everytime. So somehow, the Windows mobile GPS manager is broken on 6.1. At least in my setup.

None...unless there are some tweaks already included in the rom...
Also I would be very interested to know if anybody else with a gps run into this problem or it's just me |

I keep getting this error when I try logging into the BuildOS using my ppcgeeks username...
Internal Error. [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).]SQL Server does not exist or access denied. Unable to connect to the remote server Can someone please let me know if I am doing something wrong. I ran the update by the way. Thanks, Jeff |
