Cut it out n00b. This isn't a chat room. Answers are not instant. You use the kitchen. WM6 pre-cooked is not an option with bootloader 1.04 Besides, it is so buggy why would you wanna use it? You need to search and read, otherwise you will end up fustrated.

Re: Apache WM6.1 Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19716 (Build 19716.1.0.0) - UPDATED 20080308
I have been trying vigorously to get WM 6.1 loaded onto my Verizon xv6700, but have not been very successful. I will admit I am a noob to this but I was able to load WM 6 with little problem but when I create a rom for WM 6.1, Kitchen keeps giving me aan error when it goes to load the rom. I have posted a screenshot of what I am talking about. Also I am still able to load WM 6 back into the phone just fine...any assistance will be greatly appreciated....Thank You

Re: Apache WM6.1 Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19716 (Build 19716.1.0.0) - UPDATED 20080308
hmm i'm a noob to this, but i pretty much read the entire first post, and had no idea how to install wm6.1 or what to do to achieve this...
isn't there a simple .txt file that points out what exact steps need to be taken to update your VX6700 from WM5 to WM6.1?? |
