But there is definitely two reminders in the morning.

I have MemMaid doing a QuickClean after every soft reset and that included checking for "duplicate notifications" (don't know if that's the same thing) & there is at least one soft reset every day after Sprite Backup does its thing.
In Sounds&Notifications; Notifications tab I selected Reminders and unchecked "Display message on screen". I then created a test appointment and sure enough, I got one reminder.
Kind of a weird thing to happen, but the fix seems to be working for now.

Red phone button and camera button, how to map

[Kitchen 071108_1 Changes
Fixed button mapping
]

I already loaded a lot of applications, then noticed that the press & hold is not mapped for red phone button (turn the radio off/on). Can someone help? I assume it is some registry tweak. Thanks for your help.

I noticed that the portrait and lanscape switching is about 3 seconds slower than AKU3.5 (with a few today plugins, but the same as AKU3.5). Did anyone else notice the same slowdown? If yes, is there any tweak to speed it up?

I just uploaded a Project file for Embarq here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...103#post119103

Can this be added to the next kitchen Version?

Sure--so you obtained the CID by running getdevicedata.exe on your apache? Oh well, if it works properly using the Standard RUU then the CID must be correct. I guess I'm just surprised that it doesn't use Sprint's CID (SPCS_001).

Thanks for making it. I'll put it in the next release. Have you messed with your phone's extrom partition? If not, please unhide it and copy the cabs off, zip up and upload to the ftp. I'll take a look and see if there's anything unique with which to make an Embarq OEM with.

Yeah, I used getdevicedata.exe to get the CID. I don't have the Embarq Extended Rom though, I got excited and flashed my phone before I knew better. Another user has offerd to unlock his Embarq 6700 and copy out the Ext. ROM. (I started a thread the other day asking for the ext ROM, before I found your post concerning the CID). I'll update that thread and ask him to just unlock his ext ROM and copy it out.

The whole Embarq/Sprint deal is a joke. Embarq has NO support (updated ROMs) at all, and Sprint's would never work (Wrong CID).

Being dependent upon a numeric IP isn't a great idea. Here is an updated hostname for you instead: pcs-mmsc.sun3.lightsurf.net

Thanks Wolf, I have all of that and it seems that the new kitchen fixed the problem.
