Luv2chill you have been away most of the day. Does this mean you have been working on this newest update? I have seen a couple of post saying it is coming soon

Yeah, is it done yet? Is it? IS IT?????
LOL - I'm still running the first release. Haven't even reflashed... gotten into the habit of manually slapping changes into my first build in ram, while the kitchen goes through the normal first few weeks of heavy revs. Y'all did a great job this time, the ir patch is the first significant change to the OS itself, most everything else is tweaking OEMS and registry settings. Interested in the new functionality... great teaser ![]() |

I haven't had this particular lock-up problem happen to me in the past (I've had my phone for over a year now). Also, I did wait for a few minutes after the phone had booted to see if it had any effect (while I was debugging the problem). It actually seemed to make things worse - if I fooled with the D-Pad immediately after the Today screen appeared, the phone didn't seem to lock-up as often. I will try installing a Helmi-Lite load to see if it gets any better. Cheers!

Bug: I'm using HTC Today 2.0 and the HTC Task Manager 2.0 as well. On several applications, most notably the Calendar app, if I have enabled the "tap X to close application" in HTC Task Manager, it disables the "OK" button in the Calendar app and makes it a close button. So if I make an appointment, when I click "OK" to save it, it exits out of Calendar instead of saving it.
If I revert HTC Task Manager 2.0 to "hold x to close application" then the "OK" button in Calendar works fine. This same situation happened with the registration dialog in Resco Explorer and some other apps as well. Only things I'm running outside the built ROM are s2u2 .81 SBP Diary (latest) Resco Explorer In the ROM, I kept it pretty clean. Yep thats an HTC Task Manager 2.0 issue, not a WM6/Kitchen problem. Its also a memory hog... I dumped it and went back to the old standby, InClose (not an OEM, just install the freeware cab)

Everytime I include HTC Home 2.0 in a build, my flash ROM update never progresses past 25%. I've used the same build and traded out 2.0 for 1.5 and it flashes with no problems.

Not sure if this is a bug or a quick fix via the registry. I use my Sprint PPC 6700 for DUN with my Nokia 770 internet tablet. Since this upgrade the 770 no longer sees the PPC as a phone. It previously saw it as a Sprint 6700, and would easily dial in for internet. Now, it will not use the DUN via bluetooth. Any suggestions??
