I'm not sure, but it certainly seems like there is less that can be included with this system than in previous Kitchens.
Maybe it's just because there is just so much available, but I also had this happen the first five times I ran BuildOS. I had taken quite a bit out by the time I got one to complete.

But I must say, it is a spectacular GUI and a smooth process.

I haven't actually flashed a ROM yet, but will soon.

WM6 is just bigger than past kitchens. Add to that that I've enhanced BuildOS to not allow scribbling all over sections of flash it shouldn't, and you get the net result of less free space to store stuff.

2. I open up the build OS, select the carrier (no soft reset when done?) and then select the modules I want to add to the rom for features?

3. When I have all the stuff selected in modules, I select the green run arrow a the top and it compiles. Then I select the encode go to the correct tools folder and select the verizon.prj select next and encode.

At this point I get the software update utility and I put the phone in bootloader mode and go?

Do I have to select any modules or can I go with just defaults and add what I want later to play? Its seems I can just want to verify. Sorry for the questions, Just making sure and I know some of you have done this several times, I just want to be safe and make sure I understood this before causing a problem. Thanks
Throw in a PIM backup before and a PIM restore after, and yes, you've got it. The default selections are of a "stock" configuration. Feel free to leave as-is or change. If you truly want the C&S solution - uncheck everything (but you'll be wasting a ton of ROM space).

Installed the new kitchen and I'm in awe! Unbelievable work of art comes to mind, but still doesn't quite cover it. Compared to the kitchens of the past this one's like going from a horse and buggy to an Apache helicopter! Totally kickass! gguruusa, a fantastic looking build OS! Of course I cannot forget Helmi_c for the WM6! I salute all involved in this here at PPCGeeks. And I will "tip the waiters" but I first must take care of the chef!

Thank you gguruusa for clearing things up for me!
