WTF ? I have no idea what that means....

I figure it is possible that it just got extened a week because it is being released soon. they could have exteneded it by alot further if the phone was to far out. and they could probably assume that most microsoft employees might want to see the phone before the do the deal. so in hopes to entice them release this week and see if anybody else wants to do the deal. but its all speculation i just hope they get it out soon. or i might also consider at&t if it werent for those stupid data caps they use. well heres hoping for next week.

It might be extended to MS employees because of the lack of interest from MS people. This isn't a top of the line WP7 phone, middle of the road according to pundits I see post opinions elsewhere.

I had the Samsung Focus for two months and truly loved it. I wish they would port to CDMA or introduce a similar phone on Verizon.

I read an interesting article that said that the only new phone on Verizon was the new Android unit from HTC. This writer thinks that Verizon is rethinking their view of putting all their eggs in the Android basket. The next 45 days might be interesting for us Verizon users.

Recieved an email from a blogger to remain nameless...

Says testing approval should come next week..and maybe a week to launch.. more or less... so .. basically mid-April..

Somehow.. I almost prefer not knowing so I can just get the eyephone and get it over with..

Hmmmm... I guess I will be calling VZW and telling them I will be going overseas and need a SIM, then I will unlock it so I can test AT&T's service in my area. I have given them plenty of time and over the years with GSM getting better phones years before CDMA, it's all over, I don't care of LTE will change it 3-5 years from now, after 2 I will relook at my options again.

Friday is my last day to find out, then it's a phuck Verizon, after 12-13 years. I will test AT&T for a few weeks, if solid and better or as good than VZW in my area, bye bye.

That HD7s (HD7 w/a SLCD display) makes AT&T very tempting and they finally have a phone I might go over for.

You know... the more I think about it.. the more it makes sense that ... VZW probably WANTS me to buy an eyephone..

So.. I think I'll just wait ... Unfortunately it would be hard for me to switch carriers in my geographic location.. but I can darn sure wait for WP7 to spite VZW..

There's alot of sweet lemons here right now.. But I guess if you have lemons.. may as well make lemonade !

That's the way I'm thinking too. I'm pretty limited to the carriers in my location (North Dakota). We have Verizon and AT&T here and that's it. I've heard numerous issues with AT&T and besides my wife just bought an android and we are locked into a 2 year contract.

I will wait them out.

I'm sure VZW would love for you to drop by and grab an iPhone! For me, my parents, my in-laws, my (non-technical/non-nerd) friends, all have them. To get away from my TP2 for a mimnute, I tried one out over the last couple of weeks. It felt just like the relevant Futurama episode. There's the associated stigma/attitude and being told what's okay and what's not with regards to my device, yeah, I'm good. Plus that, iTunes, uh, I'd rather catalog my music in Excel.

Android, like a few others have said..looks a bit rough around the edges, and I primarily use my phone for work, synced to Exchange. I'll be damned if I get fired because some kiddie buried a rootkit in the next app I download, and stole my data.

tl;dr tried the other stuff, still waiting for WP7.

Yep, same here, the eyephoney is not a BAD phone, it's just not for me.

I'm just waiting to have an option from Verizon and not get the "Early 2011" from Verizon, as Early 2011 has come and gone.

Ugh....hate waiting and if you have been waiting for a phone from Verizon, your used to that.
