hell I don't even kno whether or not the arrive is SLCD. some spec sheets say SLCD while others say TFT.

yes its superLCD, well i was just told that from my sprint guy that owns store and he is not usual moron sprint store owner.

Someone over at XDA (I remember reading it) got a quote from HTC the HTC Arrive DOES NOT have a Super LCD. Only the Trophy and HD7s in the newer WP7 models do, that is confirmed with overseas models and HTC in a few places. I'd confirm that with HTC to be sure, Someone with a Trophy go side by side with a Arrive to confirm.

We need small reviews when people get their phones, then this thread can be about the next Verizon Windows Phone 7 models.

I should have mine mid to late next week, so I won't be joining the party right away but, soon. Every review says The Trophy is a great little phone, so I'm sure everyone will be happy with it.

yes the Facebook app does support check ins, I use it everytime I go somewhere that's worth a check in. once mango arrives there will be no need for the Facebook app as messaging,check ins and notifications will all be built in.

man everytime i set up on my imagio those settings it gives me a error message and never syncs anything i dont understand how people are doin it

Ok to clear this up once and for all...I guess the HTC Trophy DOES NOT have a SLCD...

Anyone who would like to find out more, I think it's time to contact HTC support. It's been claimed and clearly listed that the GSM version of the HTC Trophy did come with a S-LCD but, it might of been swapped with a lower cost display to keep prices down, Thanks Verizon !!!!
