Verizon Trophy shows up early on Cragislist

We're just days from Verizon finally getting their first Windows Phone, the HTC Trophy, and it looks like some early versions are showing up on Cragislist. One seller (unverified) reportedly wants a fair $160 for the phone, which sounds like one hell of a deal.
But we must caution that this is a CDMA phone, meaning it's ESN could be blocked if the phone is stolen or inappropriately authorized. So you may get the phone but you may find out that Verizon won't activate it. We suggest you just wait the extra few days and know what you're getting

feels like we bein trolled now with this release date im pissed just release the phone already. i guess we'll see what happens on the 12th hope its a quiet release with no announcement for the sake of it coming out this week

I'll be on verizonwirless.com at midnight to see...Not sure I will order it tonight (unless it's $99) but, we'll see.

The Droid X2 and the Revolution were rumored to be launched on the 12th too but there was no official announcement for any of the handsets. If it was just the Trophy being released I would say O.K... VZW had to be a dick one more time by not making an official announcement, but the fact that there are 2 Android devices supposedly being released at the same time makes the lack of any announcement a little concerning.
There could be a couple of reasons why this happened like the droids getting pushed back and VZW really trying to downplay the Trophy... I dont know what to think anymore I just want a damn WP7 device. Ill be checking online after midnight to see if there is any word. I really hope to have one in my hands by this time tomorrow.

Edit: Called my local best buy with the sku, I was told it was a disco'd sku and got transfered over to the Mobile department, who was pretty much clueless about the HTC Trophy...(Exact quote"Never heard of it", I said really ? It's on your website and mobile sites have been talking about it for months, still said no, I said thanks and hung up the phone)

Checked in the 3 closest states to me, nothing anywhere... Also, if I put the sku in and search for it, it does not come up. You can't order it via shipping, only pickup but, no store has it. Does this mean anything ?
