then i thought, should i install SP3 on my brand new laptop running WinXP SP2? answer: prolly better not, given the way i discovered it (via this thread) "Way to go, Microsoft, releasing the pile of dung called SP3 that hoses your system so bad even Safe Mode isn't working!" said a user identified as Mike Voss. "Props to your QA guys, they certainly have done their job." from -> http://news.idg.no/cw/art.cfm?id=CE1...077DEE6012AB5E

Re: ActiveSync wont connect after XP SP3 installed
I installed SP3 a couple hours ago. ActiveSync and everything else I've tried seems to be working fine. The only problems I've heard of was with AMD processors, but I have an Intel CPU.

I need my ppc to work ...neebodee got any ideas?
