There are a bunch of public email addresses that have worked.
savenow2@sprintemi.com
savings@sprint.com
savings@sprintemi.com
sero@sprintemi.com

They come and go. I've always been able to get past the portal site using one of the above.
And you can always just do a search on google for "@sprint.com" or "@sprintpcs.com" or something. Steal somebody's name, but that's not so cool... I can't condone that, lol.

WOW, I had an employee sign a friend up from Sprint, to the SERO the other day and they wouldn't accept the savings@sprintemi.com, but they would accept the email address from a Sprint Rep we have. The customers account was out of contract so he canceled it and got her onto the SERO. Her account is now notated that he did something very wrong, hehe. He will be getting fired now b/c of what he did. He let this girl pay the new contract price for our inventory and it's a third party store, so the owner says if she's not getting our plans she should pay full price. I was like whoa! I understand though. But anyways, it worked and she's on SERO now.

Yes you are correct. I work for sprint and the official policy is any referral email that has @sprintemi.com is no longer valid for SERO plan offers. I don't know if they will still work on the website but if you need to be manually switched, find another email or pray the rep that you talk to doesn't read Sprint's Knowledge Management system (which really wouldn't be asking too much from the man upstairs haha).
