Sprint is like that with any request/change/addition/subtraction to your account. If you're not getting what you want tell the CS rep that you'll think about. Then call back in a bit and try another rep. Sprint FUBARed our text plan and it's taken me 2 months to get it straightened out...it was just a matter of calling and calling until you found the right rep. Keep hittin' hit.
