How is sprints customer service? I know how vzw's is...if they think they're right then you're screwed and they do not like adjusting things on accounts as far as i know. And as far as plans go does sero have there own plans for everything? I only saw the calling plan so do texting plans etc come off of regular sprint prices? Unlimited Power Vision was also mentioned, which powervision is it? I see a few different ones on the site? Last question for now is...how long do the promo's last on a SERO account, i.e. this ultd sms after your two years is up you keep it until when? you upgrade phones? or you add another two years? or what?
