Its not possible unless a an entire oem xip kernel or at least an nk.exe leaks from HTC or Microsoft. The kernel is 100% device specific and cannot be used from another device no matter how similar. Only chance would be a test kernel ,if one even exists, were to leak out. Even then there would likely be driver issues.
