Re: Android Gingerbread
they just get it, i dont know how to explain it. im watching the live stream of i/o now and everything hes saying has me saying to myself "hey thats exactly what i want, thats so convientent."
autoupdate is my favorite so far of what theyve announced. best idea ive heard in a while and the implementation seems solid as well EDIT: wow all devs there are getting free evos! Last edited by redd214; 05-20-2010 at 12:20 PM. |

Personally, I'm not a big fan of auto update. I was reading an article about this the other day. The author was an Apple fan boy and was bashing android because it doesn't have auto update. Personally, I like going through a seeing what's included in the update before I install it. Maybe I don't want to upgrade because it would bork something. I've never blindly auto-updated because it was there. But I can see how it's useful for some. Hopefully, it's up to the user to decide in the end. Regardless, glad they are listening to the users EDIT: those lucky bastards!! |
