I know exactly what you mean. Even though my moment was running 1.5 when I first got it, that's the first thing It thought to myself. Now that makes sense! Huge reason why they are thriving. They are putting practical and convenient things in the consumers hands and giving us what they want, openly.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of auto update. I was reading an article about this the other day. The author was an Apple fan boy and was bashing android because it doesn't have auto update. Personally, I like going through a seeing what's included in the update before I install it. Maybe I don't want to upgrade because it would bork something. I've never blindly auto-updated because it was there. But I can see how it's useful for some. Hopefully, it's up to the user to decide in the end. Regardless, glad they are listening to the users
