whats the 262 error? is it the usb error connection?

basically theres 2 steps.

1. run HardSPL by cmoney to unlock the current ROM so it can be overwritten
2. run RUU by cfay to actually flash your phone with a new ROM 6.1 clean, 6.5 v1.52, or 6.5.1

dont you mean 154? because you just posted 154?

if you are talking about 153.. then, i dunno which errors you are referring to, but i had 153 and i didnt like that the off screen didnt show the clock, instead it showed floating black square.

so i went back to 152.

on 153, i noticed that Sprite doesnt work. it installs, but doesnt do anything when i hit Backup.
Another thing i noticed is when running Opera mobile, the system runs out of memory resources when i browse just 1 webpage. it doesnt always happen, but it happens.


so to summarize:

153 error:
1. black floating square instead of time when screen off (screensavor mode)

152 errors:
1. sprite installs but doesnt work
2. runs out of memory
3. memory is at 75% when just idling, running no other programs. Actually I just reset my phone and its running at 61% cpu, so maybe there were background processes that had started at some point and i could no longer see?


i havnt tried 154, but i just saw you posted it.
also i just tried downloading 154 and theres no upload slots availble for free users. any chance you can use.. megaupload.com ?

Oops I DID mean 1.54 that clock issue should be fixed as well as NetCf error.

Can someone please upload this to megaupload? I try and download this from rapid**** and keep getting the following error message...
"There are no more download slots available for free users right now. If you don't want to become a premium member, you might want to try again later."

Thank you CFAY for all your hard work and bringing 6.5 to the treo pro. I know its not an easy task to accomplish. I just wish I could download the rom from rapid****...lol.

When you get that message look and it should say something like "or wait XX number of minutes to download" its usually like 5 minutes.

I know, im in the warez community so I know what your saying. Usually it does that but ever since yesterday it just tells me all the free user slots are full. Sometimes it says check back in 4 minutes and sometimes not. I like megaupload much better, because its easier to use, you can resume downloads as a free user, and you get better speed. I can download from megaupload at just over 1.5MB/s....lol. I had a premium for RS, however they think I shared my account which I didnt and blocked it so now I am back to using RS as a free user which sucks. Nevertheless, I appreciate your hard work and I will continue to try and download it asap.

cfay wants to track the # of downloads thats why he uses rapidshare,

another thing that tracks # of downloads.. http://depositfiles.com, maybe thats faster? cfay give it a try at some point
