Re: Random Hard Resets on Custom ROMs (SEE IMAGE)
I find if I put the phone in bootloader mode (shut phone down, then hold volume down, then hold the power key) and then connect it to my pc, then run the rom update utility I never have any issues.

I've seen that screen on my OEM Sprint ROM.
It's got to be caused by cabs; I had a bunch installed. |

Re: [TUTORIAL] - - Random Hard Resets on Custom ROMs (SEE IMAGE)
so no one has been able to pinpoint the reason for the hard reset randomly happening?
im aching to flash but with the TP1 flashing was childs play and there was NEVER a way to get screwed, it was flawless. this thread was quite a shock and is keeping me from flashing at all which really sucks cuz factory sprint rom (although better than tp1 stock) still sucks! |

Re: [TUTORIAL] - - Random Hard Resets on Custom ROMs (SEE IMAGE)
I've been having this issue over the last week, although I am not getting that screen. I am using MightyRom and it would randomly freeze or reset itself, when it came back up my data would be wiped out. I restored the phone to the original Sprint Rom and then reloaded Mighty Rom, so far so good. Will update if anything else happens.
