if anyone could cook me up some startmenu program folders to better organize my programs, i'd greatly appreciate. having a hard time doing it myself.
i tried to create just an oemizer file to do it and add to the kitchen, not sure what it did, but it turned all my icons into opera icons, but no folders were formed.

You can try this. It moifies both icons and folders,. I tried for hours writting my own, but ended up finding this on MU. I modified it a little bit to take out the HTC shortcuts but otherwise i take no credit for writting it.

Anyone know how to get the In-Call volume to stick after a reboot.

Every time I reboot and make a call it's at 50% again even though I set it to Max.

The other volumes seem to stick.

I'm running 28232 on 1.6 R3 with 2012 Sense.

I have those, but my problem is finding the orig. shortcuts to delete. i'll try to go through the code again and see if I can delete the code other than the folders.

I've read through many pages, but i'm still lost. I'm trying to build my own ROM but I am totally lost. Is there a guide or step by step procedure anywhere?
