I would use what you posted but seeing that I do flash quite a bit, it would probably be a bit difficult to have to re do that every time.

iv used that prog also but for some reason i think manlia is rebulding the icons

I see, well do you know how to modify where the shortcuts are in the Kitchen?

To stop Manila from making the shortcuts, go to HKCU\Software\HTC\Manila\ and change the key "IsShortcutEnable" to 0.
You can also find it in the app.reg of the Manila Engine EXT.
