Try cutting the ImageHash.exe and droping it somewhere else and then try to recreate the ROM again.

I deleted it and it just recreated it and gave the same error. I guess I could try re-installing .NET 2.0? idk what else this stuff relies on tho?

i didn't run it through cfc_gui and the profile I chose was "HTC Sense v2.5 & WM 6.5 - All Tabs - No Compression" and it works w/o problems. Of course after installing the patch.

I would re-extract the kitchen and try it fresh to see if you get the error. If it works and your corrupt kitchen has customization then methodically copy small parts of any customization you made or any file edits into the new kitchen until you can narrow down what caused it. I would be interested to know if a fresh build works.

yeah same here. but all is good and loving it.

i even pointed my s2u2 wallpaper path to \Windows\stwater_480_800.jpg and \Windows\stwater_800_400.jpg. then before building the cab in hdwall, I add in those two stwater files (which are the same image as the background I am using for manila, just w/ a different file name) and run the cab w/ hdwallS. after a restart... my today screen wallpaper, s2u2 wallpaper, manila wallpaper, and taskbars all match.

Tried that as well, I make no modifications aside from disabling/enabling what I don't/do want in there (remove all of manila, change a few of the skin options to the colors I want, and remove a few of the stupid apps I never use)

I extract, run the kitchen, set my rom the way I want it and then build, I'm just trying to build a basic 6.1 rom with no manila. So I set 6.1 EXT, SYS and XIP to 21056, and then set the things I don't want to false and the few that I do want I change to true. Nothing is overlapping from what I can tell, and I get no other errors but that one...
