If you think its bad now, just wait til you get into editing manila files, making cabs, piecing together kitchens & fixes, etc. your wives will hate. It's crazy.

OK, been out of the country so I'm a little behind. Can anyone help me with the data connection error when updating the weather. I have looked all through here but none of the answers seem to work. When I do a weather update I either get a connection error #777 or the updater searches and nothing updates. The last update time stays the same. When I reboot, the weather updates correctly but I can't force it manually. Any ideas. Oh and I tried the conflipper server file but no go.

hthomas: Thanks for the quick reply. I'm sorry to say I can't find that MotoQ kitchen file anymore. I think Dr. Martin Gonzo over at xda-developers made one.

i agree, after i bought wince cab manager it was downhill from there lol...

Tried 2.00, 2.00.00, tried a bunch of different combos, even tried just putting 0, still didn't work.

Oh and the first step to recovery is admitting your a junkie! Personally, I am not a junkie, I can quit any time I like! I'm not hurtin' anyone. Besides I only need to flash 5 or so times a day. So what if I flash dance naked! Who cares!

Start fresh, open the kitchen, select # 7 clean up temp folder. open the saved file and save to a shorter name as well as the version and did you check the "REal WM 6.5 AKU" box. I get the error all the time when I don't check my file and version length but if you don't clean the temp folder, even the fix wont work.
