I don't think you can get rid of the windows notification bar but you can make "Applications System - Notification Enhancement 3.5.2011.3127.00" TRUE. This will give you the HTC Notification. It overlaps but works. Its great for miss call.

I've had the same problem. I had to use an older manila version from a previous kitchen. This is the manila I use, and I get five full icons across the home screen: Manila - 2.1.1920.3317.0 I think it's in the 1.3 kitchen.

Yeah, groovefish is pretty much done. You shouldn't cook it into your roms. Grooveshark.com updated their search parameters so groove doesn't really work anymore. They are working on a fix for it at xda.

scilor at xda will probably come up with a fix for groovefish shortly. You'll be find it in this thread when he does. I'd just go with nanogroove. It's much nicer and actually works (does cost $5 if you want to use more than 5 min at a time) .

What is happening is that it is putting up a policies screen and asking you to accept/decline. However it is not appearing properly when you first start from a link within say an email.

Help! I keep getting the the following error:

XIP: xip.bin not found!
XIP not Inserted!

I've checked the ROM folder and everything seems to be there. I'm using v1.51 and I'm trying to use build 21891.

Did you select 21891 in the XIP dropdown?? If so, Zip up your ROM folder and upload it.

For those that don't know yet, the new manila 2.5.2011.3626.0 has a eReader now and it brought back Footprints & Document Browser. I'm hoping to get a kitchen out soon so you guys can play with it
