To convert an OEM to an EXT. You take the OEM's you want to convert and place them into the 'Files' Folder of the kitchen, then run Calkulin's Visual HTC Kitchen.exe. Hit Option 3 then hit option 1 and it converts them for you. Very simple.

thats easy tmartin, i'm talking about using xda uc, thats going to take awhile to figure how to use. i always clean up my start menu after i cook but its tedious, somehow using xda uc I can have the start menu look the same even after i cook, thats whats going to take some time to figure out.

Maybe it's a problem with you actual Sprint account? If you flash back to stock, so the pictures come through? Seems like it would work fine on the pre-made ROM. I know 2.5 has some MMS issues, but if you are getting the same error on all of the builds, maybe you have an account issue on Sprint's side. This is just a first guess. I don't use manila, so my next guess is manila is mucking it up --- but that is 'cause manila is a pain to me -- not based in any true science.
