that may be the reason. other then that, the newest showcase has serious issues.

+1 on this except i still use opera 9.5 but no manilla and no problems, definitely best kitchen and rom ever.

that is probably the culprit, showcase is known to freeze peoples phones.

I'm on this 28005 build...running manila...running Opera 10b...have showcase cooked in from the kitchen...and have NOT had a problem.

The only time my text/email might freeze is when I pull out the hardware keyboard while the on scrn keyboard is still out.

yes, great kitchen...loving it!!!

if only we can get HTC's messaging client playing right with MMS without dealing with WM's messaging client...I'd be in heaven! In fact, that is probably THE hottest topic in all the ROM thread is how to get MMS functional...

hey do you guys know what to edit so when i hit setting in the start menu it goes to setting but not the manila settings?

even though htc messaging client is slower, if mms starts working with it i will start using it, the look is so much better then the stanard sms client

If you do a lot of texting you would change your mind on that real quick. The more messages the slower it gets and it gets frustrating when you have to wait 90 seconds before you can type a quick response to a text message.
