hopefully someone can help me...im not necessarily new to winmo phones but ive never "flashed" a rom before...ive already unlocked my phone so now on to the fun stuff, flashing!!! id love to be able to flash from my SD card, the only thing is that i dont know how to "extract" the nbh file from an exe...can someone please explain...also, can u extract the nbh file using rescoe file explorer on your phone...please help!!! thanks in advance

i use pocket rar if i do it from the phone or 7zip from the computer and an sd reader to get it to the sd card.

well see, heres the thing...if it was a .zip or .rar file i would know how to "extract" the nbh file, but mightyrom's rom for example is an exe and i have no clue how to extract the nbh file so i can load the rom from my sd card...hopefully this clearifies my problem...thanks again for the help and hopefully ill have the answer i need soon

pocket rar/7zip can extract most self extracting exe's as well.

some people may be able to figure it out but just for reference on verizon tp2 i had to hit the display on/off button instead of the power button in order to flash

can you tell me how the display on/off button is different than the power button? (the button at the very top left of the phone)

On the verizon tp2 the top button only toggles the display on/off. The power button is located on the end call button.

Just flashed using this method, very fast & easy...I just restarted the phone, it's booting NOW!
