Well the one I have to unlock is my wife's phone and she left to work right now. I guess i'll give it a try tonight.

So, folks are now having success unlocking? I was going to lock, flash updated VZW rom, then re-unlock but decided not to 'cause of all the posts here regarding not being able to unlock.

I just tried the unlocker again and had success!
Up until now I had been getting the "already unlocked another device" message, even though this is the first TP2 I tried to unlock.

Very sneeky... The ROM Update Utility and .nbh were hidden well. It took me a whole 3min to find them. That annoying error message left me no choice. Oh well I was able to flash the HSLP and kept the files incase I need to do it again.
