that's because you already tried on the same computer, so they detected your imei code and blacklisted you. you're only option now is to pay or submit a ticket and wait for a response.

let us know how long it takes you when you submit a ticket. because they said they were having problems before with there sever, so they say, before and they were not able to help anybody.

I agree, IMO, if I had a data problem/corruption I would have let members know as soon as possible whether I was collecting money, or donation as we know it is, or even if I was doing it for free.
