I can't disable Norton! The only PC I have is my corporate laptop and the controls are disabled... Google has been very unhelpful in finding a way to disable it. I am a local admin on my machine. Does anyone know how I can unzip this file and not have it deleted?

The only thing that sucks for me is how the unlocker tries to connect to a server first. I understand it has to be done in order to protect their work but I'm behind a proxy and firewall at work and can't unlock!!! I have 9 hours to kill or figure out and external connection, if not I'll have to wait till I get home.

stuck in the same boat as mchapman. phone just freezes in the same spot as his does and I've already done everything listed in the OP and others' as well.

I tried the manual way too and it did the same thing, however I tried the automatic way first and it said it could not connect to the sever for licensing. Have you tried the automatic way??? It's possible it freezing this way in manual mode because it cant reach the license server, that would mean you probably have a firewall blocking it.

i tryed automatic and manuall my firewall of and av uninstalled but nothing
