Thanks for the info. I turned everything off and still get the same results. Nothing gets extracted from the zip file. Did cmonex mention anything about reposting the unlocker? If not, if someone would be nice enough to upload the .exe file somewhere so I could download it that would be great.

Did you go into norton and turn off file system auto protect?? You have to physically uncheck the box. Disabling from the icon won't work.

I'm not running Norton. I'm running AVG and shut it down completely. Also turned off Windows Firewall. I even downloaded the zip to my TP2, extracted the .exe, and transfered it to my PC. When I tried to run it I got a incompatibility error.

okay, look, I downloaded and this would not run so now I TRIED to dl again and get blank files and have never been unlocked

Check your services and see if anything is running pertaining to AVG. Even thoug the GUI may be shut down there may be an active service pertaining to AVG still running protecting your system deleting the file thinking it's a virus.

I was getting that same error, What I did was turn off Norton 360, make sure you go in to your settings and turn off everything manually then open windows device connect and make sure your phone is connected and synced. Run the unlocker and that did it for me. I had trouble first. just disabling the AV from the fist toggle button did not cut it. you have to disable every toggle button off then turn off AV, then your firewall.

Ok good news, turning off Norton AV from setting did the trick, phone is known unlocked and I am loading EnergyRom as we speak.

Did that. I went through the task manager and shut everything down.
