[HSPL-UNLOCKER] - - Rhodium W HardSPL

Just a quick one here, I'm not new with a Titan but, I am new with a Touch Pro 2...

I am running the newest Verizon release and I want to try some new radios only. If I unlock will the MR2 (6.5 upgrade from VZW) still run or do I need to flash a rom to use the phone again (the 6800 could not run stock if unlocked).

unfortunately the MR2 rom will not boot with an unlocked hardspl. but either of the 2 previous versions will work.

Oh, well, I guess it's time to create myself a rom for my TP2.... I've only had the phone for 3 weeks now...

mr.x, mightymike and vin have great roms. just a suggestion.

what's wrong with the previous versions? you want 2.5?

if i have a verizon tp2, i can use this to unlock and use the phone on sprint, correct?

no. only way to do that is to clone esn, which is illegal and not allowed to discuss here.
this hardspl unlocker just allows you to flash custom roms.

Just got my TP2 and I'm trying to unlock it so I can flash... both Automatic and Manual methods fail, what else is there?!?

Ok, what details do you need...?

It's a TP2... I'm using WinXP Pro... Logged in as administrator... Ran "RhodiumW-HardSPL_V1_10R3.exe" while ActiveSync was enabled on phone... Tried automatic, failed, tried manual, failed. They didn't say why they failed at all. The manual one looked like a regular flash, it went to the tri-color screen then the progress bar... but it just sits @ 0%.

Just got home, does the exact same thing on my Win7 laptop. Automatic path tells me I've done it before, or my radio isn't on. Manual version just sits @ 0%.

Don"t waste your money donating to the developer. It seems like the website has been abandoned and support is none existent. I am having the very same issue as you too. Actually using the same computer configuration.

Quick question? What SPL is currently on your phone. You can tell by going to the TRi-color screen (Press POWER+Vol Down+ reset at the same time) It should say SPL 0.##. I am cureently running a refurbed Touch Pro 2 and have a SPL of 0.72 . I wonder if that might be a problem maybe Sprint updated the SPL on the refurbed and new devices to stop Rom Flashing. I hope this is not the case but it's possible.
