running the HTC 2.1 11-30 ROM, have read the posts on this site yet still very unsure how to get MMS working...I see the arcsoft is in the ROM according to post # 1 but no MMS will come through as each time it tells me to download the pic I get an error message..

Even though it didnt fix the issue do you think you could keep the default 6.5 lockscreen instead of the HTC one (once the issue is fixed). I like the look of the default one better and the HTC one really doesnt provide any more usability or speed or anything really. Itd be just a little nice touch, i miss the default one

Are we talking HTC (Slide to Unlock) vs. Windows(Tap to Unlock) oh please HTC Hands down any Slide to unlock is better course if it stays out I'll go back to S2U2 so no real big deal...

No its HTC's slide to unlock vs Windows Mobile 6.5's default slide to unlock. They are pretty much the exact same thing, just with a slightly different slider and different buttons (for PIN entering). I just prefer the way the default one looks. Otherwise I havnt noticed any difference at all between them though there may be something I havnt noticed with calender appointments or something.

is it just me or is text messaging broken? when i use the manila text messageing with 2.1 its doesnt send at all.. i have to choose the contact and click on the text icon next to his number in order for the text to go thru

I agree and really prefer the default WM 6.5 slide to answer and Pin unlock vs the HTC developed one.

yea me too...with the 2.1 and 2.5 roms... i would just always create new and type there name in to reply to someone when i got a text

Being as this is listed as Sprint/Generic, what .cab provision is recommended for Verizon or will this work on it? I loaded 11-30 m2.5 and never could get data to work - *22899 worked fine... Any thoughts? Thx
