He pulled them down late last night due to a dialer issue as wel as other small tweaks im sure...

What I decided to do for now to not have to use the MSL option is install the attached 3 cabs which I believe are the main changes when running the carrier provisioning. Please correct me if I'm wrong (if there's anything else that gets modified when running the provisioning app.

This did not affect my internet and takes care of getting the keyboard setup correctly as well as make MMS work. So feel free to try this out and see how it works for you.

Credits to the people who made these cabs. Just had them in my storage card from a while back.
