I dont know if this would help any.. but try adding the program to allowed in the firewall & virus settings

alright ill try that. willing to try anything. almost wanna drive to my friends house and try it from his computer...im flashing this thing today!

EDIT: didn't work but i appreciate urs and santods help. hmmm gonna try from my friends computer. I've been up all night and won't sleep til i flash.

Why don't you just flash from a SDHC Card?
