Not trying to beat a dead horse here, but I wanted to confirm that the MMS fix in the OP worked on my verizon tp2. I'm running the Jan 25th 21889 build (it didnt work when I had 23518.) Anyone know how I can get "All Messages" threaded after installing these cabs?

To what I know, when you check your phone and it says "Your Phone is SIM unlocked", it means you can use most GSM SIMs that are not US network (ATT, Tmobile). Which means ATT and Tmobile won't work until you do the "security unlock"

I think you have to donate some money in order to get the software. It's just another way to get money from us. You don't donate, and you don't have software. I want that software too, so if anyone who has this software, please share.

That software is tied to your IMEI number for your phone so it would do you no good to get a copy from someone else. Besides its worth the cost really. Ive paid for the past two phones Ive used it on and it works great.Just my 2 cents.

Hi !

I have tried your configs and it always freezing. The start menu and the time on the top of the screen is ok, the clock is working but sense 2.5 is freezed ! the only way to have sense 2.5 again is to reset the machine. I have this issue since jan. 20th version.

Using TP2 Telus CDMA
with: Energy.RHOD500.23518.StandardM2.5_25.Jan.2010.rar

Any other having this issue ???

Been using this ROM for a while now, and Love this new version, however have found this: 25 JAN 2010 update:
1. Calendar: adding new appointment, display will not update to allow you to change the appointment times of begin and end.
2. SMS: date and time stamp issues seem to be solved, however, my Sprint PT2 still has lag, yesterday all my texts did not send till the next day, and new ones were not delivered.

Not everyone is having the BT issue. my phone stays paired with my car stereo and my headset without any trouble....

The calendar does aloow you to change the settings. I use it daily. you just have to go all the way into the appointment. when asked if you want to change all or just that one appointment (if its a reoccuring one) you can choose to select all or just that one.

On your sms.. go to send receive all to send any that were unable to connect initially. that is a sprint server problem. Ive had that on & off with verizon.

Try NOT installing the docuemnt cab. it reaked havoc with my tp2. it actually runs smoother leaving it alone. Also in a kitchen forum. the new threaded email was actually the cause of some problems for some but not others. But try not installing the nodoc cab 1st. you will need to delete that link still plus it doesn't need to be running constantly & taking up resources.

Before you install your preferred cabs etc. you need to set certain things up. do them 1 by 1 that way you can figure out what is conflicting with your setup. Example: I used to use cleanram all the time, but the last 3 roms it started freezing up my tp2. what worked on an earlier less advanced build may not work on a current build.

It works on 23518 build. you have to choose the setting to have it threaded. When getting you new tp2's its a good idea before you try customizing to get familiar with how things work. They are still there just some of the menu's may have changed. these are advanced builds of stock. Stock is stripped of some of their goodies & functionality
