I am the same way. I send atleast 10k sms a month and can't have my phone locking up when I do so. Glad I saw this post because I had no clue why my phone kept feezing last night. I love 2.5 with all the goodies and I'm really sad I have to downgrade tho. But do you seriously hit 40k in a month?I thought I was bad when I hit 20k a few months, lol.

Also, which rom do you suggest for a person that sends a ton of texts? I'm still rather new and I don't know what feauture or program is causing the freezing so I don't know what to look out for when choosing a new rom...

I loved the look and feel of showcase but everytime I reset my phone it would prevent sense from starting... so I started using arkswitch instead with no issues.

Turn off Sense before you setup the mail. Then when done setting up turn sense back on. Woo-hoo! First person I could help out, haha!

I use a program called Arkswitch, it is worth a try..

for some reason when I go to all messages the phone doesn't show anything? the only time i can see my messages is when I go to traditional mode which is really annoying. I installed disable HTC messenger, and sprint MMS fix. anyone else having this problem?

Is there a program like ram sweeper that doesn't cause the sense ui to crash? Whenever I run ram sweeper my phone doesn't like up but the home screen locks up.
