After a soft reset the warning went away. Installing now and ill report back if it works.

Tethering fix worked like a charm. Connected fast. Posting this while tethering! I thanked your post when you posted the fix btw.

try these threads for a fix also bookmark the page, Hypnotic2010 mad a custom google search that only searches ppcgeeks and xda and i use it to find fixes very quickly,may be of some use to you down the road,im sure the answer is there

no problem just keep in mind until sense launches it may still say your carrier name until the home screen and all is fully loaded,sometimes a 2-3 sec. lag there
