I backtracked my routes today looking on the ground to see where my memory might have fallen out at but had no luck....

This is why I finally gave up on Energy ROMs and switched to Calkulin's Kitchen (which was a fair amount of work to get the ROM I wanted). I have 23518 running smooth as silk. 103mb free at boot. After 36 hours it's at 77mb free (and won't go much lower). Battery is great (I'm at 80% with 1hr of browsing and a few phone calls and 18 hr's). Running Sense UI 2.5 Build 1922. Threaded email etc. Much less Eye candy but at least it works for long periods without bogging down.

I really think you need above 100mb at boot for these things to run smooth.
You also need 50ma drain at 30% Backlight, with idle data connection for good battery life. Anything much more than that and it won't do well.

I had to move 23513 "SYS" from V1.4 Kitchen to V1.33 Kitchen to avoid a Battery Drain issue from bluetooth. So just a heads up latest kitchen does have an issue.

Fast and smooth with just the bells and whistles I want.

You can try using the sequence of holding the volume down key + End key + sticking your stylus in the reset hole to enter the bootloader.

You can also install the attached cab - Totally not my work, just repackaged with an icon...

Start --> Tools --> Boot Loader

Plug it in to the USB and start flashing...

I was having this problem until I was able to dial *228 and update my phone (verizon). I know it does not make sense, but it happened.

does anyone notice that the font looks weird when the phone is in landscape? like all font in all programs including messaging?

it seems to just be TF3D related items...... HTC Messaging... All text in TF3D/Sense

Is he uploading 21889 w/ Sense 2.5 or is that just for Sense 2.1? Any idea on when the MaxManilla builds will be available? I read that cooking it in is better than installing it..

Landscape is not in cleartype since it wasnt originally made for our phones. We're lucky we got landscape at all.
