Data won't turn on. I try to turn it on but it won't.

EDIT: Ok, it just turned on...but doesn't seem to stay on. Is there a setting that makes it turn off automatically?

Well if you got MMS then your data is working ? Data should work right out of the box. If you are having issues with data, You might wanna flash to stock make sure everything works to rule out it being your phone.

make sure you do *228 update your Roaming list.

Also USC is working on the lines to get the ready for EV-DO, I do notice i get the Error on #777 sometimes, the issue is with usc not the rom. you just have to wait it through, but sometimes a restart does help.

We've had EV-DO now for about 6 months. I think it may have been a default MMS setting. set to disconnect after receiving? I hope thats it..if so then all my quirks with EnergyROM have been fixed and I can finally start to enjoy it!

i am having a serious lag issue. I have redownloaded and reflashed twice now and jan 14 is not working out to well for me. it keeps freezing up on me

Think i know what happened with geting stuck on TP2 screen after flashing. Either the file was corrupt (although it installed 100%) or....GSM version was uploaded. Symptoms sound right...getting stuck on TP2 screen. But doesn't explain why some people had no issues while others did. ...dunno...either way, downloaded rom again just flashed and is booting fine now.

Might be time for you to go back to stock and roll with that...
