21864 = Stable, best ROM. WinMo 6.5

23081 = Beta, can be buggy, Windows Mobile 6.5.1

23071 = [OUTDATED], idk why it's still up there.

You mean the 3 shortcuts on the homescreen? They don't block anything. Btw, there's a big clock blocking your wallpaper too....it's called Manila.

difference between 23071 and 23081, i'm not sure... I first used 23081... which had lots of bugs, but thinking of going back to it
