Well...now I'm gonna stay up to see if it releases tonight lol....thanks for all your hard work juicy.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to add a city to the weather tab...well not just any city but a small city, namely Key West, FL. I have been searching for how but there are so many pages and lots that don't apply. Thanks and sorry if this has been answered.

How do I install this rom my phones already unlocked but when I run the exe on my pc after snycing my phone resets and nothing boots into regular OS

Can't wait to get my hands on R6. I've been using R3 for weeks now and decided to try EnergyROM again but I can never seem to get it the way I want so its back to Juicy again :tshirt:

Has anyone found a lockscreen modification that works with R5? None of the ones I have installed work.

All I want to do is move the lock slider to the bottom and the time/notifications to the top.

I tried modifying the LS_LockScene_800x480.cpr file but I can't replace the original one because of a permission error (probably cus its in use).

LOL, I just did the same thing.

I am also running R3 (everything works perfect so I see no reason to update) but I got bored the other night & decided to flash to NRG LEO.

I played with it for about three hours & at that point I couldn't wait to get back to the Juicy setup again.........

Hmm never had that problem, actually I have been pretty lucky, once a rom stoped loading for some reason, but I just had to restart the flash and all was honky dory.

I guess the first question is have you been able to install any roms?

1.) download the rom ( I am sure you have done this )

2.) extract the rom to a folder (I use my desktop for everything and it shows)

3.) run the ROMUpdateUtility.exe if you are on 64bit try running it in a compatibility mode.. (I run 32 bit)


if this really doesn't work, and it doesn't give you an error message, AND you can install other roms, try doing the hokey pokey and turn your self around..... don't think it will help, but it will be about as useful as anything else I can tell you.

I am constantly going back and forth between Mighty Mike and Juicy, (if they only knew they would be very angry at my infidelity.)

Both great roms, but I have small problems with manila 2.5 like little freeze ups (very rare) or no audio in youtube. (has anyone ever been able to fix that?) But I love the interface so much I keep coming back every time there is a release.

Hello i just had my number switched on my phone and now everything works but the internet, i dont get any errors just cant visit any sites or anything.

Sprint wants me to update my profile on my phone, but i cant find that option under all settings, is there another way to do this so i dont have to flash to stock then back to juicy?

Here are a few splash screens I made for Juicy's ROM. Included in the zip are the png files and cab files for easy install. If you install using the cab and decide to change splash screens I recommend you uninstall the old one first before installing the new one.

I wish Juicy would have a 6.5.3 build though. I keep trying NRG roms b/c he has the latest builds. However, his memory management on his roms is horrible. You can't multitask at all like on Juicy's. 28008 is nice....

Ok so while this has probably already been anwered I have already spent over an hour trying to figure it out. I cannot seem to get HDWalls to work, I can see the edgings of the background I want behind the background. (I know ackward wording) If anyone can send me a link on how to fix this or explain what I'm doing/not doing I would greatly appreciate it. I am also runnig Maxmanilla 2.6, but am currently re-flashing the rom to try it with 2.5. I will edit the post if this works but for now please help.

Perhaps a silly question. I just installed this rom last night. Pretty bitchin as I said earlier. My question is this, when I had WM6.1, I would always get a "3G" or a "1X" in the notifications bar. Now, with WM6.5 and juicy R5, all I seem to get is a "EV" in the bar. Is this normal?

I hate to be redundant but can someone please let me know how to get HDWalls to work with R5. I have tried the only installation help guide for juicy I could find, which was a guide for R3 and nothing. I am obiviously not doing something right, please help.

umm Juicy has been using 2.5 since R1. and 2.6 will not work on our processors.

I agree. I've been waiting for a nice stockish ROM with 6.5.3. I don't care for NRGs visual customizations (I can't stand the broken flip clock for instance). So far I've just resorted to cooking my own with Calkulin or SSK kitchen, but I still have my fingers crossed that Juicy will make a 6.5.3 ROM in the future.

I mean, it was Juicy who first introduced me to 6.5.1 on the Touch Pro. It's not nice to get someone hooked and then force them to find a new supplier. :evil4:

Thanks, this is a great lockscreen program - better than the smartlock app I've been using - but it doesn't have an option to move the slider location.

About to try dusk theme, but I'd rather just keep the look of the lock screen exactly the same but just move time to the top and slider to the bottom.

Anyone know how I can edit the lock screen file when it keeps giving me a permission error?
