That might be the problem. I don't think the stock taskbar supports 1% increments. You will have to install one that does and see if that's the problem.

I just did a hard reset and it still freezes on some soft resets. I notice in the windows\startup folder there is a ton of apps in there by default. Maybe these are causing it to hang at the home screen? Are all these apps needed? Which ones can I remove?

so i installed new taskbar icons and installed the cab attached earlier and it pretty much works...still shows the battery in increments on 10 in the notification area but right next to it i got 1% increments...

There is already a task manager there. I always change it to where you have to hold the X to close a program while simply hitting X minimizes it. I like that one too. Is there a way to keep that icon there? I dont want the "X" or "ok" there just the task manager there no matter what screen I'm in. I would rather hit that icon and close the app from the list rather than having to go ALL the way back to TF3D to get the Task manager.

Got it from the HD2 2.01 dump. Been testing a ROM with most of the packages from it for the past few days. Runs amazing so far!
