How hard/long does it take to incorporate them into the rom for testing? Might as well go with it if it doesn't take long, otherwise guess just hold out for R4 heh.

Re: [ROM] Juicy Rhodium_W R2 [SENSE UI][XDA_UC]

Ok, just flashed R3 Beta

Tried Juicy Provisioning and got error "Installation of Juicy_Verizon.cab was unsuccessful."

I did a clear storage and got the same message. Can not get data right now and my keyboard mapping is wrong I suspect because of that.

At this point I can't test email, sms or web because of this. Juicy do you have a different carrier you want me to try? I could install the carrier and keyboard fix from MM from when I used that one before.

At fresh boot after hard reset I had 96mb available, wow

This rom feels very fast, as Juicy alluded to before, scrolling the pictures in manila in landscape is blazing fast, no stutter at all

Let me know what you want me to do for the carrier and I will continue with other tests

Nice job

Me too, just installed it...haven't done too much yet...but holy crap...this ROM is snappy...

* also had Juicy Provisioning and got error "Installation of Juicy_Sprint.cab was unsuccessful, then phone launched into home screen...checked weather location data, worked ok. Entered Twitter for data, it too worked. Phone then brought up Installation error again and asked for soft reset. After soft reset...things seem ok (for 1st round of testing)...weather/my location works, email works (pop & Exchange)...bluetooth works, activesync works.

Pictures as stated are lightning fast! Most Leo settings seem to be intact (not sure if they were before, but on NRG many were not)

Testing sms & MMS now...

It's a closed Beta. If Juicy wanted everyone to have it, he'd post the link.
You'll just have to wait till R3 like the rest of us.

Updated my Testing on MMS stuff, still having issues with send but may be related to Carrier Provisioning. Installed Juggalo_X's cab for testing, and updated my Server settings.

Re: [ROM] Juicy Rhodium_W R2 [SENSE UI][XDA_UC]

Just as mentioned, this thing is fast, I can definitely tell Juicy did something with graphics

Installed MM provisioning cab and keyboard fix, dialed *22899 to program phone again. ooking at my verizon settings I noticed I have multiple selections again under Verizon Wireless: Auto pick, Verizon Wireless and CDMA1X. Typically only have Verizon Wireless.

Not sure if this is because of the cab but I had this with the previous release also. I would prefer just to have it one setting.

When selecting wallpapers it actually has them there for you instead of browsing, nice (again, animations smooth)

scrolling thru manila tabs is speedy also

Manila contacts facebook integration works great, best I have seen, recognized all my links and updated. (I did create my contact card first and signed into FB first before first sync)

This one will be the new benchmark to go beat

Did I mention its fast?

DO NOT PM ME. IF you want to be a beta tester, quote this post and in your reply simply write the name of your carrier.... again....only 2 for each.

Thx

I am pretty sure I am a little too late! but Sprint!

Updated my testing reply with more info. Noting Memory rising but not going higher just hovering in the 70% range, dunno if a big deal or not.

Question for the beta testers, how is the manila messaging this time around? Is there a big improvement or does it still lag when you have a lot of messages in your inbox?

Couldn't tell ya, I don't really save my messages. Never really found the need. But as far as how it works, quite well. But again, I have a clean slate each time.

Re: [ROM] Juicy Rhodium_W R2 [SENSE UI][XDA_UC]

Heh, even better news. Can't wait. I am here to tell you, helping Juggalo test the carrier cabs and using his rom, which nothing to take away from it, it was fast and sweet. And even tried Mighty's new rom to test it. They are both awesome, especially Mighty's I love his Icons and folder management. But once you tried 2.5 you just can't go back. It is just too damn nice even with the issues. So I was itching heh. And nothing to take away from NRG, his rom is nice as well, just not as polished as Mighty, Juggs and yourself. I haven't really tried too many others but have ventured in the TP1 days heh.

As long as you keep a TP2 for your device I am a happy camper, but when you aren't using the phone it is hard to really make the rom right. And I noticed that on your later Tp1 builds once you went BB heh. So hoping that doesn't happen again heh.

Thanks for all you do!

My pleasure... the good competition forces me to stay on my toes. Both Juggalo and Mighty used to run my roms when I first started, I need to make sure I don't fall behind in my (relatively) old age ;)

Getting excited. Hopefully with the proper provisioning it fixes the MMS Send issue. I know HTC MMS won't work but I was digging the JMZ one.

It's funny, the ROM I made the other day for my TP is almost just like this! WM Build 21786, Manila 2.5 1920/21.
Looks like it won't be hard for me to switch once I get my TP2.
Keep up the amazing work,
