people having sprint carrier problems, i suggest mighty's or mr.x's sprint carrier cabs, theyve always worked theeee best for me, hope they dont mind if i mirrored them individually (psst dont tell mightymike or he might delete this thread, lol)

Fell asleeep for a hour and a half, missed the ball drop. Dl-ing now, whats up with Sprint ProV-ing cab.? Has a Sprint user been able to Pro-V yet...? Im at 70% on download...!!!

ya im have a problem with verizon provisioning. it says the same thing as the people with sprint. can get it to work.

Here's a quick fix, at least it worked for me.

I installed the MRX sprint provisioning cab, soft reset, and net still wasnt working.

In settings tab of tf2.5, open wireless controls then hit data connection. in connections, hit advanced, select networks, select data network in the first dropdown, then hit edit. under modem tab, select edit and verify all settings are right. for sprint just dial #777 no user/pass needed. under proxy tab, tick the does connect to internet box. then, x out of all and try data, it should work now.

edit: I am also having a problem opening any emails in poutlook. i use my gmail acct synced over imap and every time i select an email it marks as read but doesnt open to view...weird indeed.

I had the data issue as well but I've fixed it and was also unable to run the Verizon.cab to install the Verizon provisioning.. This is what I had to do.

1. Navigate to Add/Remove Programs
2. Uninstall the one item listed, can't remember the full name but the name included 'EnergyROM'.
3. Navigate to Windows folder and ran Verizon.cab, this time is installed correctly.
4. To confirm data I open Google Maps, it connected.
5. Enabled GPS in Google Maps with immediate lock.
6. Went to weather tab, enable My Location and weather updated straight away.

Hope this helps, don't know whether this will work for the Sprint people but definitely worked for me on Verizon.

For Verizon

Start --> Settings --> All Settings --> Connections --> Advanced --> Select Networks

Edit (Verizon Wireless should already be in the drop) --> Edit --> Next --> Next -->

User Name - 1234567890@vzw3g.com (you phone number in place of other numbers)
Pass - vzw
Domain - (blank)

Finish

Worked for me, and although I don't know that it was necessary, I did the remove programs ("unknown EneryRom phonesettings") first.

Data is good to go.

Calm down there dude.. = Free ROM, and show some respect.! He was up till 3am to put this out. Simple little things got left out by MISTAKE. He will fix it i'm sure, give him a chance !

Did this and it worked fine for me. It didn't say verizon wireless in the drop down - just said something generic like "data settings" or something, but my data is working fine. Prior to this I also dialed @228 and let it redo the programming of the phone. I do this every time I flash because I had an issue two flashes ago when it lost it's programming.


One issue I am having, is that sometimes it takes a long time for it to wake up when I hit my top button to turn on the back light.

Blame it on the mind, not the heart. His intentions was good as usual, he push it into overtime for us. Thats what makes the Juicy the Mann. The fix will be here before we know it...

yea thats pretty rude, i have mine working with Sprint with the Mighty Sprint cab, Juicy is 1 of the best devs here and hes working with alot of new stuff.

The uploading of the .nbh file hung for about 2-3 mins, so I closed out.
