Came over from XDA-Devs since I heard there was more activity on CDMA model Rhodiums...

Tried a couple other ROMS, but I can say that I've just loved this one from the get-go. Recognized my SIM card, grabbed all network settings (from SIM and Rogers Wireless - I'm on prepaid tho). Network must've activated it tho, cause I don't get anymore activation notices (on the flip side, once it was aware, I couldn't use browsing on their network, as they won't allow a data connection without you paying up first -> local WiFi = good)!

Smooth interface, had a few bugs at the very beginning (still some things to work out, that's normal since it's Windows after all).

I can see some good use out of this build, though I need a good screen protector now

Much thanks for mirroring the dl. I had an online countdown set for 2 min. to refresh the vapidshare site, and almost gave up after oh, about 50 tries. I've tried many ROMS, but I always seem to come back to yours. Eager to try this build but however well it fares, I wanted to say 'thanks' for all your hard work. =D>

OK After provisioning goes on, data still did not work. All i did was go to the "Settings" / "wireless Controls" / and turned on data connection. Verified that it used #777 and did not use anything for the password. Upon logging into twitter, i was presented with the user/pass dialog and left it blank and it now works fully and has not popped up again.

Yeah, but if you're like me, the settings won't survive a soft reset.

I downloaded the updated r9, installed without issue, including provisioning (Verizon). No data, edited connection settings, good to go. Soft reset, all connection settings are gone.

Ya, this happens with many ROMs, but might just be something the provision does or doesn't do - always an easy fix, though =p

the way i did it, i can turn data off an if open google it will work. the problem is u have 2 do those steps after every soft reset or power off 2 get data back, it wont stick

Re: +++ [ROM] [02/14/10] JUICY ROM (21892.5.0.89) [Sense UI] [XDA UC]

Yea Soft Reset Kills my Data too. I added a new work connection and assigned it as my new main data connection. After a soft reset the benign login dialog popped up at first data task was executed ... i hit "OK" and all worked fine. Bit of a nag, but works for me if it works like this for good...

Verified that this happens the same way after second soft reset, and another hard reset (side under cover button).

I had to turn off all automatic shutdown under the Backlight settings. Even when i press the top button at times i cannot get it back.

Hey, y'all I found a fix for the MMS problem with 2.5 at least it worked for me. It took me a while to try to get it to work but it paid off. 1st you have to disable your HTC messaging then use this file http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/attachment...2&d=1264610914

Bangin'!!!!!

Having the same problem. Several hard resets later, cannot get on the internet. Opera shows "Network Problem". On Sprint, provisioned for Sprint.

This seems to be a problem with the provisioning file, because the keyboard is not correct either. Is it ok to use someone else's Sprint provisioning?

This ROM seem a bit unfinished, Data is wacked, MMS is still much to be desired, its not as snappy as one might think with a 12MB PP, theme is kinda old and it seemed to be a bit unstable from the get go, I had to Hard Rest, with all other ROMs most of the OS works right out of the box. im going back to R8
