Actually looks like it does work directly from the WM client. I cant send a pic by flipping through pictures from the pictures tab and clicking send but I can be in a WM message and use "insert". Is this normal?

Also another weird thing, "insert" is grayed out when sending a new blank message but it is not when in a threaded SMS conversation. hmmmm....

The CDMA server buttons are locked - I can't open them.

I have a SprintMMS and SprintMMSC btw.

Anyone able to view their in the Facebook Albums? I'm still having a problem with this ROM. maybe it is the version of Manilla and not the Juicy ROM, I was just wondering has anyone been able to view the pictures? I can see all of the Albums just can't view any pictures.

Yeah, I already had that one installed, I was able to get in the server settings and I don't see any vtexts.

Its not really a big deal... I can still send/receive messages - I just have to navigate to the folder manually. I hardly use MMS anyway.

Thanks for your help though, bro.

It worked fine for me, idk it could be a carrier issue, does anyone else have this problem after installing the cab.

A minor bug. On the "People" page, once you add a picture all the other "add" boxes turn bright white....even after a soft reset.

Never mind, I was messing around with registry settings & found a way to fix the problem.

I don't remember the exact setting now, but if anybody else needs it I will go back & see what I changed.

Awesome Rom by the way!! Thanks for the hard work that you've put into this. I have a question though. I've been searching for a way to turn off the vibrate feedback on the on-screen keyboard. Is there a way to do this? I've gone into settings > System > Touch Options and unchecked the box that says "Vibrate the device when tapping the tabs, links, and other onscreen items...". In the original 6.1 stock rom there was the option if you go into Settings > Personal > Input > Options that had a check box to uncheck for vibrate feedback on the keyboard. I can't find that option or how to turn this off. Sorry if this is an obvious answer and I'm just not finding it.

Theres a registry edit for this, or you can find the cab that was posted earlier in this thread to turn off the vibrate on the keyboard.

Edit*

Coudln't find it so here is my cab to do it. Install and reboot.

Doesn't seem to work with this version of winmo. ah well..

-Calender dates under contacts (birthday) is still a day behind the intended date
-keyboard slider sound is still not working (energy has a cool transformers sound option) :)

MMS worked great for me with Sprint after installng two cabs... and so far youtube works GREAT!!!!

Anyone know how to make the screen go to black screen when playing music through manilla music icon???....it is draining my battery and I keep hitting soft keys while its in my pocket lol

I too have a problem playing music and sleeping the screen but you could always install pshutxp for power button and there is an option to display off

I am on R6 and havent been able to turn my bluetooth on at all. I have attempted to go in the bluetooth software and it tells me unable to start bluetooth and also through the conn manager.

Any ideas?

it sounds like you deleted the bt startup file from /windows/startup, make sure its there, also launching it a second time couldnt hurt then try to turn on your bluetooth again

no need to reflash, just go into settings, and then wireless controls and see if the data toggle is on or off! I am hoping its off as that is the easiest fix ( just toggle it to on :) )

Does anyone know how to change the appearance of WM messaging?

Basically I just want to add lines in between messages/emails to separate them. Without the lines it looks a bit messy.

When looking at a text message appear when delivered to my phone within senseui/tf3d, I go to click on the message, a white window appears briefly as if opening, then gets cut off, and back to senseui/tf3d I go.

What gives? I just flashed to R6, previously had R4. I like the stylized HTC messaging. I don't want to have to click on all messages to get the uglier messaging.
Is there a way to get that back?

If it's arleady been covered, I'm not quite sure what to search for, and there are 435 replies in this thread. I don't really want to look 1 by 1.

there is a cab file called HTC messaging client... its about 5 to 6 pages back

..it allows you to get back the HTC message but like the default tf3d, mms isnt built into the messaging client

..also some one post a way to have the best of both i think about 4 to 5 pages back

..good luck
