I did not see the post above mine till after I posted mine, so I am sorry for the double post here.

My apologies, I am not using the tsk. I just installed the Blackout cab but did not change the tsk, I am using HDwalls so I did not need to change it.

Hey guys, You are all correct I was to put out a Full Force update for Blackout for the tsk's. I'm actually working on them now, had a crazy weekend.. I'll try and get a update out in the next hour for the proper 6.5.X tsk's, i'm testing them now. :)

No problem, I though he had released it and I missed it in this very busy thread

I have a similar setup except my car stereo is a "carputer". I use a Samsung Q1U as my head unit and can control my phone through it.
Since there probably are not many settings that you can change on the Alpine unit, go into bluetooth settings on your phone. Slide over to the settings page and then tap on the "Wireless Controls" module.
From there go into bluetooth settings and tap on the tab that has the gears on it. Slide on down to advanced configurations and tap on serial ports to see whats in there.
Go on back up to add a device and tap on it. (make sure the alpine is in pairing mode). See if it picks up any new ports.
FWW, it looks like mike is not using the standard WM bluetooth manager and that may be where the problem lies.
Also, on my properties I have the folowing:
Stereo Audio
Hands Free
Bluetooth Serial Port (COM4)
Bluetooth Serial Port (COM3)

David

hey david, the only thing in my serial port with my phone paired to my alpine unit is " incoming serial port ( com1) and when i try add a new device it still picks up the alpine unit that i have already synced to. Like you said i wonder if its because of the bluetooth manager mike is using.. would anybody have a cab of the original one or another manager i could try? Ive already called alpine and they said everything should work!

OK I'm late (like 695 posts late). This rom is the ish!!!! The battery life is like no rom I ever used. I use my phone all day at work (on twitter) and I come
home I got 70% left =D>=D> Thank you!!! It looks good too! (you see how excited I am about the battery)

Hi all. I seem to have a problem when using any mighty rom. My texts will leave my phone in the correct eastern time zone but incoming will be in central time and they get all jumbled up in manilla. This only happens with mighty roms and no other roms. Any ideas? I am on USCC which I suspect for some of the problem but idk.
